My life as an entrepreneur started out of a school called The Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I became a health counselor in NYC.
I had the idea of starting a non-profit to bring yoga and wellness into inner city schools and the school “found me”.
That year, I learned how to take care of my body type. I experimented with all kinds of cleanses. I went vegan. I tried on vegetarian. I explored new whole foods like quinoa and kale.
That program changed my life.
I rarely talk about it anymore, but it is a foundational piece to everything I do.
In order to show up as a business owner, I need to take care of my physical well-being so I am of strong body, strong mind and strong spirit.
